What should I bring to class?

Just yourself and an open mind! We have joyfully restocked our space with mats and props for your class and have everything you need for a supportive practice.

Are your classes heated?

We do offer some heated classes. Heated classes are noted in the class title. Otherwise, we keep our studio at a comfortable room temperature. Please note some classes may be naturally warmer due to a larger class size and vigorous practice.

Do I need to pre-register?

While not an absolute necessity, pre-booking on MindBody is the easiest way to ensure you have a spot in the studio, we cannot guarantee space for those not registered. Full classes will say either “waitlisted” or “full” on MindBody.

What type of class should I attend?

We proudly offer a wide array of styles, there is a class for everyone. For those new to yoga, we recommend trying our Gentle Yoga or All Levels class. You can read more about our class offerings HERE

Cancellation Policies and Procedures

To cancel a Yoga Class registration: 

• Log into your Island Heron Yoga account using your username (your email address) 

• You can change your password if needed 

• Click on My Schedule to view classes that you are registered for  

• Click on Cancel if you are unable to attend. 

Early Cancellation: If you cancel more than 90 minutes before the class, the pass is automatically returned to your account to use for a future class.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 90 minutes before class, your pass is considered used and is not returned to your account.  

Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy :

If you are registered for a workshop, you must cancel at least one week before the workshop to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, you may either:

• receive a refund minus a 20% admin fee

• opt to receive a credit to your account (this credit can be used toward any purchase)

• You may transfer your enrollment to another student.

 There are no refunds or credits if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.

 If the studio cancels your workshop, you will be promptly notified by email and/or phone and receive your choice of studio credit or a full refund.
