October 2025 - March 2026*
Become illuminated and inspired by the timeless teachings of yoga.
-
Comprised of nine weekend intensives, this integrative vinyasa yoga teacher training offers students the opportunity to immerse in the study, practice and transformation of vinyasa yoga while creating new and deeper connections within the self, and extended community, in a skillful way.
-
The literal translation of the term vinyasa is “to place in a special way,” and the conceptual definition of vinyasa revolves around a multi-faceted approach to mindfulness through development of the skills of observation and inquiry. From these definitions, we distill the essence of vinyasa and the foundation of the program: to meet each individual where they are, without judgment, and to cultivate a more embodied sense of self, purpose, and how to use the tools of yoga in a skillful, efficient and effective way.
This program is designed to take students on a journey of personal development and transformation. Throughout the journey, students become teachers who are able to facilitate the state of yoga with depth.
The program is open to those who are ready to dive deeper into their own practice and understanding of yoga, as well as the lineage from which both have evolved. Students should be willing to courageously examine their stories and beliefs, within the safe and supported container of the yoga teacher training immersion, which aims to support and inspire individual growth and transformation.
Upon successful completion of 200 hours, participants will be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
-
This training is for yoga practitioners ready to dive deeper into their practice and understanding of yoga.
Requirements to apply: A genuine interest in pursuing the deeper dimensions of yoga and enhancing your personal and physical relationship to the practice of yoga and living consciously.
This 6-month training runs from January 2025 through June 2025, spanning nine required weekend intensives.
