Noelle was first introduced to yoga when she was 17 years old to manage her scoliosis and has maintained a regular practice for the last 35 years. “Yoga keeps me strong and flexible, but most importantly it keeps me sane.” She has integrated her knowledge of yoga, meditation and breathing practices for years into her practice as a family medicine physician, and finally got around to teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires, completing her 200 hour certification in 2019. Over the years she has practiced many yoga modalities, but always comes back to those that invite the deepest experience of mindfulness and inner peace. She loves helping folks with chronic pain and limitations to discover joyful movement. “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.”
