Stephanie discovered yoga as a way to recover from pregnancy and regain core strength. The flexibility, balance and strength that yoga added to her very hectic lifestyle aided in recovery from years of intense swim practices. Stephanie’s love of yoga led her to complete her 200-hour Yoga teacher training under Lori Pagliaroni of Shanti Om Yoga. Stephanie was born and raised in Jamestown and is a former D1 college swimmer and continues to compete at the masters level in the pool and the open water. Stephanie incorporates wellness into her life by prioritizing ocean-time, making healthy choices and keeping her body moving through exercise. She provides and energetic flow set to music and specializes in all levels vinyasa flow and power yoga.
