If you’re looking to test your edge, incorporate new postures into your practice, or improve upon your current technique, come learn the fundamentals of arm balances with us. Feel stronger and more confident in your plank, side plank, chaturanga dandasana, crow, and more! Ana will start with alignment techniques and tips before transitioning off of our feet.
Bring a block and strap or belt to class in addition to the willingness to fall!
