What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga has been passed down from teacher to student for thousands of years. It only began to be taught in public in 1969. It combines the practices of breath, movement, mantra and meditation to awaken the dormant energy within you, so that you have more energy to enjoy your life, ignite your creativity and overcome challenges.
This introductory series will explore the basic foundations of this sacred practice. Together, we’ll walk you through some of the technical parts of this yoga practice, including the breathwork, mantras, kriyas, meditations, and mudras.
