Get upside down with Ana! In this two-hour workshop, we’ll breakdown the basics for inversions and develop key muscles to support the journey safely. Begin by building your strong core before finding stability in 'stacking' of the body to understand the foundations of inversions. Core work will be followed by arm work - including chaturanga refinement, arm balances and then wall play to experience inversions. Flip your perspective, challenge yourself, and have fun playing in the studio on a Saturday afternoon!
